Licence

When you buy a product, Sam Underwood gives you a personal licence to use it. I keep the copyright and other rights in everything I make. This licence doesn’t transfer them to you.

You can

• Use what you buy on any devices you own or personally use.
• Set wallpapers as the background on your computer, tablet and phone, in every colour and edition in the pack.
• Share screenshots, photos and videos that show your own setup, including in content you publish.
• Keep a backup copy of your files.

You can’t

• Share, upload or send the files to other people, or post them where others can download them.
• Resell or sublicense the files, or give them away, even for free.
• Use the art in products, merchandise, logos, branding or advertising, or in anything you sell.
• Present the work as your own, or remove information that identifies it as mine.
• Use the files to train or fine-tune machine learning or AI models.

Apps

If you buy an app, you can install and use it on devices you own or control. Its page says if there’s a limit on how many. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it. Updates are included as described on the app’s page.

Ending the licence

The licence lasts as long as you keep to it. If a purchase is refunded or a payment is disputed, the licence for that product ends and you should delete the files.
